1400℃ vacuum furnace​

真空气氛烧结炉是在真空环境中对被加热物品进行保护性烧结的炉子,。不同的材料选择适宜的气氛烧结,有助于烧结过程,提高制品致密化程度、获得良好的性能的制品。真空气氛炉常用的有真空、氢、氧、氮和惰性气体(如氩)等各种气氛。例如透明氧化铝陶瓷可用氢气氛烧结,透明铁电陶瓷宜用氧气氛烧结,氮化物陶瓷如氮化铝等宜用氮气氛烧结。有时为保护烧结调协也须在保护气氛中操作。如钼丝炉宜通氢,钨丝炉宜在真空条件下工作。
Vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace is a furnace that conducts protective sintering of heated items in a vacuum environment,. Choosing appropriate atmosphere sintering for different materials is beneficial for the sintering process, improving the degree of densification of products, and obtaining good performance products. Vacuum atmosphere furnaces commonly use various atmospheres such as vacuum, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and inert gases (such as argon). For example, transparent alumina ceramics can be sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere, transparent ferroelectric ceramics should be sintered in an oxygen atmosphere, and nitride ceramics such as aluminum nitride should be sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere. Sometimes, in order to protect sintering coordination, it is also necessary to operate in a protective atmosphere. If the molybdenum wire furnace is suitable for hydrogen supply, the tungsten wire furnace should work under vacuum conditions.

Vacuum Flange

One needle valve is built into the flange for use as gas inlet.
Digital Vacuum Gauge

Digital vacuum meter with wide range up to 10-4 torr is included for vacuum

pressure measurement.

Vacuum Pressure

Vacuum Level is dependent on the vacuum pump used, connected pipe, interior

efractory block's materials etc. By using KFD25, stainless steel pipe,two stage

mechanical pump and KF25 Ball valve, the furnace can achieve vacuum levels below:

10 mtorr (10-2 torr)via mechanical pump within 30 minutes
60 mtor(6x10-2 torr ) via mechanical pump within 30 minutes
Spare sealing O-ring is available at extra cost
Gas Flow And Pressure Inert gas and oxygen gas flow can be introduced into the chamber via the inlet

You may choose a gas mixer to deliver multiple gases with control over gas composition

and flow-rate

There is a gas inlet (1/4" house adapter ) with a valve on left side of furnace
Inert gas and oxygen gas flow can be introduced into the chamber via the inlet
Temperature Controller PID automatic control and auto-tune function.
50 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.
Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant(s).
+/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.
RS485 Communication Port.
