Depending upon application, a tube furnace can be designed in different configurations, temperature ranges and optional accessories. Most commonly these laboratory tube furnaces are classified as Horizontal Tube Furnace, Vertical Tube Furnace, Multi-angle, Solid, Split and Rotary types. Furthermore, tube furnaces are also designed in single zone, two zones, three zones and multi zones up to five zones as required. Our tube furnaces comprise of a furnace body with alumina ceramic fiber heating chamber, heavy duty outer shell and hinges. As standard, quartz tube is supplied for 1200°C tube furnace and alumina tube is supplied with 1400°C and 1800°C tube furnace. Complete furnace is supplied with heating tube, Vacuum pump and vacuum fittings. Standard tube heating zones are available in 200mm, 300 mm, 350 and 450 mm etc. with outer diameter 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm.
These vacuum tube furnaces are made in 1200°C, 1400°C and 1800°C maximum temperature ranges supported with programmable temperature controller. These units are designed for laboratory research, industrial research and education purposes including IIT, NIT and Engineering collages etc. sigma tube furnace guarantees excellent temperature accuracy, uniformity and ease of use.
It is a multi-angle economical tube furnace that can be rotated 180°C horizontally or vertically as required. This small tube furnace can be used with or without vacuum and available with quartz tube diameter 30, 40, 50 and 60 mm. The maximum temperature of this mini tube furnace is 1200°C and continuous working temperature is 1100°C. A programmable temperature controller is fitted for temperature controller with controlled heating and cooling rate. Protected gloves and crucible tongs are standard accessories supplied with this furnace. Optional accessories are vacuum pump, quartz boat and gas mixing system with mass flow meter.
