Laboratory Chamber Furnace is a daily used heat treatment equipment in many labs, features a small, light duty, cubical furnace chamber for multiple heat treatment applications for various materials. SINTERUI provides a wide range of standard laboratory chamber furnaces with capacity up to 1000L, temperature up to 1700°C.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• However, toxic or explosive gasses are not recommended for use with this furnace chamber without necessary safety controls and supervision.
• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
